Does anyone know what size tap is needed for the grip bushing frame holes?
Thanks.

standard size is .236-60, oversize is .255-60.
Both taps are available (as well as the bushings) from Brownells

I want to buy them local rather than order them. Is the standard tap 7/32x ? pitch?

7/32 does not equal 0.236, and 60 threads-per-inch is a very fine thread. I doubt you'll find the correct tap at your friendly local Sears or Ace hardware store.

You won't even find it at your local specialized tool supply--they'd have to special order them, too.
Good luck
