Esmeraldo Grips for Micro Operator

I was looking at Esmeraldo grips... No! Really! I WAS looking at her grips! She has full size and compact listed. Would the officer's model or the SA 3" micro operator be considered a compact grip? She's got some really nice ones (grips!) and I'm considering grabbing some for my micro operator. :D

First of all, why do you give Esmeralda the "thumbs-down"? As far as I am concerned (let me look if my wife is overlooking. No, OK) she is a pure thumbs up!
