How do I change the thread notifaction option

I keep on getting email everytime someone replies to a post of mine. How can I change this?

Click on 'User CP' which is on the top of this page.
Then look down the right side, and find 'Edit Options'
Then scroll down where it talks about getting messages. Then change whats needed from there.

If you go to your USER CP then go to EDIT OPTIONS
halfway you see Messaging & Notification When you post a new thread, or reply to a topic, you can choose to automatically add that thread to your list of subscribed threads, with the option to receive email notification of new replies to that thread.

( Do not subscribe No email notification Instant email notification Daily email notification Weekly email notification Default Thread Subscription Mode: )


and there you can change if you want e mail if somebody replies on your thread
