Colt Delta Elite - guide rod and recoil spring

I'm looking for recommendations for a replacement guide rod, part#, manufacturer and source and replacement recoil spring for a blued and a stainless Delta Elite.

I've had a full length Wilson stainless guiderod and Wolff 24# single recoil spring recommended.

Anyone out there have any other recommendations?

I prefer a full length one piece guide rod in my Delta Elite. I see no need for anything heavier than 22 pounds in the Delta Elite and if properly set up, you don't even need that much spring. Check this site for more info.
