There are all kinds of sights that will work on your Norc. I prefer a Bomar style adjustable for the rear and a solid blade for the front. You will need the help of a good gunsmith to install them properly.

It all depends on what you like. The simplest (and most cost-effective solution) is to replace the rear sight with a Colt High-Profile one from Brownells (part number: 160-118-102) and the front one with one from King's Hardball line. Or you can get the rear one from King's too, have a look here (http://www.kingsgunworks.com/newcatalog/page02.html).
Either of these rear ones will directly replace the one on your Nork, while the front one needs to be staked-on, a 10 minutes job for any gunsmith worth his files.
If that's not what you like, you can move up a notch and have your slide machined to accept the sights of your choice. Personally, I prefer a Heinie front, with a Novak Low-Mount rear.
Finally, if you want adjustables, either the Bomar suggested above, or the Novak adjustables should be fine.
Keep in mind that you will have to refinish the slide if you machine it for dovetailed sights.

JohnS1911A1C,
I have a new Wilson Combat adjustable rear sight model 428w (Wilson Combat cut) for sale if you are interested, no reasonable offer refused (going for $100 on Midway, Brownell...). It does require fitting and machining of the slide I think. This was a replacement sight after I damage the original but decided to go with a holo sight instead so this sight is just sitting there.
Here is a link where I post it.

Here is a link to Wilson Combat Sight so I don't need to post pictures:
