Let me see, if I got that straight. You would like to see a forum, for quick statements? Like what you did in your "BOYS! I AM A SENIOR NOW!!!"?
I do not know Bill, isn't the General Discussion forum enough? Do you think we really need another one? Or is it the placement that bothers you?
Really, maybe we do need a chit-chat forum, but I am working on something different for you guys. Like a chat area, where you could come in and type to one another? Maybe we need to put this to a vote.
Let me sleep over it Bill, I'll get back to you on this.

I agree with El Commandante. There is a General Discussion area, such posts can fit in there since it is for "other" (none of the above) posts. To many closely-related forums makes finding anything more difficult, and would actually reduce the number of people who might see a particular post.
