Since the poll on Kimbers gave some interesting results I thought that doing the same poll on other brands would be fair. Since manufactorers look over this site it's seems the right thing to do so that we would not be accused of singling out one brand.

Why did the poll close?

8 to 7 I would have liked to see it keep going. Almost gives it the result a 50% problem rate.

The max number of days you can run a poll is ten days. I would have run it for 30 but you can't. Oh well-----
By the way if there were not at least 25 people responding I had to just let those numbers go since there's not enough data to be accurate. Believe me I know the problem rate is not that high.

Oh OK. 30 would have been decent with maybe people who voted to post what models & what the stories were behind them.

So much for research...I'd like to see a sticky on all MFG pages with controled polls. Then again...I suppose if it wasn't a common issue, you wouldn't have a need for a poll, so scratch that idea.

It would have been nice to have at least 50 on each but it just didn't turn out that way. The way I figure it is if nobody reponded to speak of then there were not many problems which is a good thing.
