Fiber Optic sights

Does anyone know who makes a fiber optic sight for a SA G-45 with std tenon and rear cut? My old eyes sure do like those things:)

I just went through this exercise with my local GS looking for sights to replace the GI sights on my RIA gov. combat. We went with the King's for the rear and he found no fiber optic with with a small tenon for the front, so he is using a colt NM front sight and drilling and milling it to except the fiber optics.
