Hello, new boy here. I Need help. I'm concerned about my Norc.barrel. The barrel moves fore & aft in slide lock . When I point the gun upwards the barrel falls to the frame bed properly, point it downwards the barrel moves forward off the frame bed. Is this normal? Also there is no gap on both feed ramps, i'm wary of cutting the barrel ramp back 1/32 because the barrel & frame ramps may be out of spec. How do I measure both before i make some cuts. This gun already has 200+rounds through it w/no jams(Ball ammo.),and has already been hard-chromed. There is no wear or radiusing on all the lugs, and the lowers seems to be bearing evenly on the crosspin, w/ 3 parallel marks on the crosspin. Could this be a barrel bushing problem or another? I'm not after match accuracy, i just want this gun to be as reliable as the old Army guns (which i love). Any info out there on how i can make this gun as close to the reliability of the Army guns? I also plan on installing a small radius firing pin stop (like the 1st.ones), Any assistanc & info. out there, especially from the old timers? Much Thanks in Advance.
