Hi all,
I am trying to decide whether to get a Kimber TacII or a Wilson CBQ?
I am not sure if spending the extra $900 is really worth it on the Wilson.

The feedback on the Kimbers seem to be so so.....I am worried about all the problems I am hearing and really thinking of spending the extra money to get a Wilson.

What do you think?

Well, I've got a Kimber TLEII and last spring I picked up a used CQB. When I rack the slide on the Wilson, even my non pistol shootin' friends can here the difference. Smooth and quiet. That being said I like my Kimber and will never sell it. I have five 1911's now with the Wilson being the highest end one, and I like 'em all. Don't know if this helped but it's my 2 pennies worth. Good luck on your purchase and enjoy.

Wilson all the way! The CQB is a great gun,you would not be disapointed over the extra $900 or so.
