Yes.

Is that what you wanted to know, or is there a follow-up to that question? :p

I'm thinking of upgrading my SA GI, SARCO seems like a good source, but are the parts any good cpmpared to wilson or ed brown??

Depends. Wilson offers a line of tool steel small parts, and they offer their "value line" parts, which run about half the price of the tool steel stuff and are MIM. Sarco's stuff is generally not identified as to source, manufacturer, or method of fabrication. For the price, you can pretty well bet that it's not bar stock or tool steel. I bought one of thier lightweight hammers -- it isn't marked anywhere, but held up against a Chip McCormick (MIM) hammer from Brownells, there was NO difference.

Sarco's stuff is basically generic parts. I don't think you could possibly consider any of it an "upgrade" to Springfield parts. They most certainly don't compare to the better, tool steel/bar stock parts from Wilson or Ed Brown. Some of Sarco's stuff may be comparable to Wilson's Value Line parts ... such as the afore-mentioned McCormick hammer. But it's a gamble. You'll probably never know who made the stuff or where it came from. It was only a coincidence that I happened to have the Sarco hammer and the McCormick hammer on the bench at the same time.
