I have just recently purchased a new Llama model MAX-I. it has the front serrations on the slide, skeleton hammer, extended slide release, as some of the features that sold me on it, i went ahead and bought a full length guide rod for it, and am thinking about a diffrent trigger, but i definetly want some nice grips for it. can anyone direct me to some web sites that deal with Llama parts and accessories? i did take it out shooting and I think I want more pratice to decide about a newer barrell. but overall i am impressed with the craftsmenship put into this fine firearm :)

Backwoods,
On this forum you can scroll down to technical issues which is a read only forum. When you go there , you will find one category where it states which parts you can swap on the Llama with aftermarket ones. I could have purchased a brand new LLama 45 ther other nite for 186.00 plus tax. I kick myself for not doing it. The regulare price here on the Llama is 248.00 for the standard fixed site model and they had 25% off of everything in the store. Anyway i hope this technical forum answers your questions. Good Shooting

right before i got offline last night i happened to stumble across this info you were talking about. i purchased mine for like 296.00 after taxes, i bought it from an old boy i ahd known for a while and had just opened up his own sporting goods shop in which he bought it from his buddy who was kinda like his boss, well anyway he is a pretty good fella and has always been pretty square with me so i did my buisiness with him. i dont think i did too terribly bad i am satisfied with my purchase thats all that matters. the info i found last night reminded me that pachymar makes grips for about everything so i am hoping to attend a gun-show and see if i can score some well thats all i got to say about that, lookn forward to more discussions in da future

i recently purchased a llama minimax45 ...but looked at the maxi.....the gunshop owner told me to hold the maxi for a long while to make sure i liked the grips as there were no other grips that were interchangable with it..... i think if i were really interested i would trace the existing grips and take it to the gunshop to see what was close.....this might be an oppertunity to make/modify your own.....something i plan to do shortly. btw bersa-llam.com is the web site for the llmas.....i have to adjust the sites but all in all mine seems like a decent gun after the initiaL "breaking in"period (about 200 rnds. hope this helps...enjoy
