Finally got around to taking some pictures of my completed project. I built up a Caspian frame for my Colt .22 Conversion Unit that I've had since 1982. Most of the parts were Ed Brown or either new or used Colt parts. My gunsmith friend did the bluing for me and gave me a really good deal on some of the parts. It was fun! I've learned a lot and am about ready to tackle a complete pistol next. Certainly not a cheap build, even just doing the frame only, but well worth it for the experience and the adventure!

Those grips do look great. From Woodgrips's literature mine should look similar. Should know by the end of the week.

Makes me think about dedicating a frame to 22 instead of swapping out. Great job.
