Ballester Molina hammer problem

The hammer will not stay cocked when using the slide release but works fine racking by hand. I think the problem is with the sear/hammer. This sear is not made anymore and the 1911 won't fit. Any surplus anywhere? Thanks, Bill

Alex at towerarmory@hotmail.com has about all the BM parts. He just emailed me a picture of a new BM oval style burr hammer that looks pretty neat.
