caspian mags.

Howdy folks,

I have a kimber custom target in 10mm and have just decided to convert to double stack. After receiving a Caspian parts catalogue, I had my gunsmith order the receiver and three mags. When he called Caspian, the said they were out of stock on the mags. Has anyone who works with Caspian ever run into this; if so, how long will it take for them to make more. Does anyone have some they would like to sell. Help, a gun's no good if you can't get mags for it.

Cougar10mm, watch gunbroker.com like a hawk and you'll occassionally see mags for the Caspian double stacks show up there.

Thanks Matt. I called Caspian and apparently they contracted the job of manufacturing these 10mm mags out. When I asked when they would get some more, I was told, "I don't know, we are hoping before January". I was stunned and am now looking at STI for a frame, but they don't offer 10mm mags either!
