Amazon Associates Program (http://www.amazon.com/gp/browse.html/103-8446121-1824618?%5Fencoding=UTF8&node=3435371) They didn't line up with MMM. MMM signed up with them to make money. Anybody can do it. Amazon didn't even take an active part, other than establishing the program.

Kilroy is correct on this.
I would find it difficult to believe Amazon is anti. They have quite a collection of gun books on their site. Including some that I would only expect to find somewhere like Paladin Press.
