I just had night sight work completed on my new GunSite CCO and thought I would write a review on the experience.
Like others, I found it a little frustrating trying to find a set of night sights that I was confident would slide right in to my Colt without modification. Also, the CCO came with good sights already installed (Novak rear, Heine front), just not night sights. Since I liked the general sight picture already, I decided to have the front blade drilled for a tritium insert.
When I was browsing the FAQ page of the Trijicon web sight, they mentioned Tooltech Gunsight http://www.tooltechgunsight.com/ was their "pro shop." On the Tooltech sight, I found that for about $50 more I could add a horizontal tritium bar below the channel of the rear sight ("one bar, one dot"). For $5 extra, I opted to have a white sleeve place around the front tritium insert.
I e-mailed and called Tooltech a couple of times, both with questions and to check on status. My second e-mail (regarding work status) went unanswered, but by that time my slide was already on its way back to me. Each time I talked with them on the phone, the gentleman was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Turn around time was two weeks, including the shipping.
The work is well done, with both the front and rear inserts perfectly centered. The set screw on the rear sight was returned loosened and locktite was not used, so as to facilitate the small amount of drifting necessary to bring her to POA (she came back only about 2" left at 7.5 yards). The slide came back in the same perfect condition it was in when I sent it. The only deviation from perfect was a slight tool mark on the right flat of the rear sight.

Here is the tool mark. Not much IMO. This is to be a carry gun, and the sight is likely to experience way more abuse than this in the next few weeks.

In summary, I am pleased with the outcome. Price was reasonable. I appears to be quality work. I would not hesitate to use Tooltech Gunsight again.
