Wouldn't the unit price be $41.30 for one pistol with two magazines?

I believe that you are correct, now that I look at the invoice. Under the "unit price column it reads 41.2979. That is the part that was confusing to me, but if you multiply that times 2,000. It equals $82,595.80.
On the copy I have a comma and a period look the same in the pricing info.
