Good grief Joel, half the reason why GI pistols are so hard to find now is because you've got 'em all. ;)

Here is an early Colt that shipped in January 1913.

Christ Almighty, Joel! Are they all Colts or all USGI? Which one are you gonna donate to me?

Thanks for the link, but I still don't see the button in question in the reply fields. :(

You got me on that one. I don't either.

I guess you will have to post them on a image hosting web site and use the [img] code to link it to your post like all the above pictures.

Speaking of Singer's, when are you going to show us your collection of them?

Yes, but are there any decent free sites out there? I found many won't allow you to link to photos from outside their website. :(

I'm currently using Photobucket.com (http://photobucket.com/) for my photos. You may find some issues with the thumbnails showing up after you upload but you can work around that. Some show up, some don't.

Photobucket allows up to a 250K photo without automatically re-sizing which sometimes distorts your photo.

Foto Time (http://www.fototime.com/) is another that I use at times. I've experienced quality problems with photos hosted there.
Unfortunately, I paid $23.95/yr. for a larger "storage space" before I knew this.

There area lot of others, just do a search.

Yes, Photobucket.com makes it very easy. Just go to the third line, highlight, copy and then paste into your post. :D

I just wish I could get past the thumbnail not showing up issue.

You mean the thumbnails above the URL? They show seem to show up o.k. for me.

Those be the ones.
The guy who runs the site was trying to help me out. He thought it might be a firewall thing but why would one show up and not the others?

I turned my firewall off, cleared my cookies for the site as well as all temp files, re-booted and had the same results.

I could only get two out of about a dozen photos to work.

They are there. I can use them in posts, etc.

JimC, thanks for the followup. Hmmmmm. I'll have to think about that one. Some I.S.P.'s block pictures because they appear to be porn or other filters are present. Do you have this kind of filter? Other than that I don't know what to say, but let me work on it. I'll report back when I get some ideas. :)

Thanks, much appreciated. :D
It drove me crazy.

Do you have this kind of filter?
I would think that if that were the case, two of the same type photos, firearms, wouldn't show up either. Do you think?

Salt E.,

I'm using IE 6.0...

I tried that previously but after your recommendation, I turned off my javascript, re-booted as recommended and then turned it back on, re-booted and guess what, it worked. I can now view all my thumbs on Photobucket.com. :D

Thanks for your help with this.
