i saw this piece at the swap meet today and was thinking about going back to attempt a trade at it sometime either tommorrow or next week. It shows a govt property mark on it but it has been refinished in high gloss blue. I mentioned the finish and got a "it looks good" response. I realize the historical value of the gun has been destroyed, but as he said "it does look pretty nice" any clues on the value?
