I have shot alot of American Eagle, UMC and Winchester Silver Tips in this gun and have never had a FTF OR FTE. I have shot a few 200 gr XTP's without any problems. Today I tried some 155 gr XTP's and my gun would not feed them. They are shorter than the Silver Tips and the 200gr XTP. Is the shorter OAL the problem? I used metal form and the new Wilson mags. Switch back to any of the other rounds and the gun is 100% reliable. Why would Hornady load these rounds to a shorter OAL than the other weights? I was really shocked when the gun jammed because it has never had a feeding issue. A friend of mine said he had a problem with this bullet in his Glock. Any imformation will be appreciated. Thanks.
