Mueschke ambi safety and S&A ambi mag release

Well, I've just finished installing the Mueschke ambi safety on my colt. It's also got an S&A ambi mag release and an S&A magwell. I've also mirror polished the slide but that's somewhat hard to tell from the photo.

And no, I didn't remove the serial number from pistol, only from the pic.

I'm still considering a dehorn, I'll probably start on that next. I also want some different sights, or at least white dots on these, as I find them somewhat hard to see. That and some 20lpi checkering on the front strap and I'll be done.

Good work. As for the checkering, I would suggest something like 25 lpi or 30 lpi, much less coarse and smoother to the flesh, while still offering a good grip.
