A cutter in a milling machine.
I had wondered if it was with an MMC checkering head and carbide cutter (which I have)
wonder how tough it is to set up a milling machine with that compound radius on the back strap?

Not hard at all if you had a milling machine jig/fixture. Brownell's has them.

I'm by no means a fan of checkering or serrating the front straps, since it's only cosmetic, as far as I'm concerned, and the expense could go towards reliability and trigger work, but I have to admit, I like that look...on what pistol is that?
