Jarvis barrels

I am building (?) a 1911 with a Springfield slide & a Caspian frame. Has anyone used the Jarvis bull barrel with the adjustable collar? (bushing)

I have not used the adjustable collar. The Jarvis I have uses a drop-in bushing I picked up from Brownell's. (From what I understand, www.danwessonfirearms.com (http://www.danwessonfirearms.com) store special on "match" barrel is really a Jarvis for less than $70.00)
