I have a 7 round clip with the numbers "19200, ASSY 5508694, MFG. 8R611"
on the bottom. Can anyone tell what they mean?

Post WWII military contract. Most of these were made during the Vietnam "conflict".
They can be identified by a lengthy military part number and manufacturer's contract
number on the footplate. These markings fill up most of the bottom of the footplate.

Magazines20 No seam on back. Bottom stock to base three sides, spot welded, ground flush. Bottom of base marked with three (3) lines; first line: “19200-“, second line: “ASSY 5508694”, third line: “MFR. 1M291” Left Side View - Close-up of Follower - Size of Toe to the mag. -

If you find out any more info, please forward it to me, I am building a web page on just M1911 mags,
Thanks

The last number on the baseplate is called a cage code. It's the numerical ID of the mfgr. Kasco Metal Products Brooklyn, NY

Heres the site to look up a company by number or a number by company:

https://www.bpn.gov/bincs/begin_search.asp
