Hello to all ,as I am new to this site.Just received my first 1911a1,a Ithaca frame,Remginton Rand slide, nicely rebluded, with some nice after market grips.
I know it does not have much value as a collector 45,but I really like it,and would like to know when it was made, and where it was shipped to.Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
It's rather difficult for anyone to give you any information with the information you provided. Knowledgeable people will need at least the first part of your serial number, to come up with anything.

1944 Ithaca Production.
1 of 3,900 complete Ithaca pistols in SN range 2082466 - 2086365 in a 5,000 pistol shipment to Benicia Ordnance Depot, CA.
If it is reblued collector value is minimal, and the pistol is shooter's grade, and sounds like a parts pistol rather than an arsenal/depot rebuild, $400 - $700 range typically these days depending on regional markets. Any pictures?
