i plan on buying one, but i dont hear too much of them here,,, any opinions? i like that they are steel slide and have last bullet slide lock feature... any pros and cons from someone who owns one?

No problems with mine, but use my ACE more.
BTW, you cant dry fire the Jarvis unit.

found a great deal... comes with 1 ace mag... had a great pic... $210 shipped from a dealer in NC... yee haw... i will give a full report when i get her this weekend

I enjoy using the Jarvis and the Marvel conversion units.
The Jarvis will only function reliably with high speed ammo - I believe they recommend CCI Mini Mag. With the CCI Mini Mag the reliability was excellent. Also very good with Remington Thunderbolt. The slide lock feature is a plus.
In contrast the Marvel will function reliably with standard velocity ammo but without the slide lock feature. No problem with bullsye shooting since you emntally are tuned to shooting five shots. Replacing the factory 9lb spring with their 10 lb springs allows you to use hiigher velocity ammo in the Marvel but I do not see the value of doing this.
