I just installed a set of XS Sights Express Big Dot 24/7 sights on my Springfield Loaded 1911. The process was very simple and I am pleased with the results.
The most difficult part was driving out the stock Novak night sights.
Once I had the Novak's out, I took the opportunity to Gun-Kote the parkerized slide so that it matches the frame. (I Gun-Koted the frame around Christmas after I checkered the front strap)
The front XS sight needed a little fitting which was easily done with a flat file.
The rear sight did not need any fitting.
Here's a picture after the sights were installed:

I apologize for the poor photography.
I have done some dry-firing with them and they seem to be much easier to pick up than the Novak's. I will have to sight them in and run them through some drills. I think that I will be very pleased with their performance.
If anyone is interested, I have posted the Novak's in the "For Sale" area.
