I have a hicap S&A with the basic 3 dot sites. The problem is the rear site keeps slipping left after about 50 rounds. I figure puching a divit in the slide under the site then drifting the site back over it as a good fix without marring up my gun  . Any ideas or suggestions as to the best way to fix this would be appreciated.

While you're where you can shoot and reset zero drift the sight out, loctite it then reset it to zero and let the loctite cure.

Wont the cleaning agents remove the loctite ?

I have done what you suggested and it worked for me. Just make sure you get a good dimple.

But I guess it would be possible if you put a LOT of solvent right on the sight groove while cleaning?

Use a punch and peen up 2-3 spots.......that should hold it.
