anyone using ismi reduced

anyone using ismi reduced recoil or for that matter any of the ismi springs, experience an unusally tight fit on the guide rod? i bought a couple of the 12.5 pounders so we could shoot 185gr lswc's in my mil spec and charles daly.
the springs were very tight on the guide rods....so much so that it wasn't totally releasing after compression. it was an easy enough fix, but i am curious if anyone else has noticed this.

I am using ISMI springs on both my pistols, and I like them a lot. They do not loose length as much as the Wolff ones I used to have before. I am not sure about how tight the rear end was, they are supposed to go tight on the guide rod, but not excessively so.
