Group buy for Metalform magazines.

The magazines and pricing can be viewed here. (https://www.metalformmagazines.com/style.asp)

Expect to pay the 40+ price.

Shipping will be approximately $3.00 per magazine. The shipping depends on where you are, relative to Seattle, WA. Shipping in Greater Seattle is free, I'll simply meet you at Wade's.

Payment by money order, check or Paypal.

Select the magazines you want from Metalform's site, and email me the part number.

Magazines only, no magazine parts.

You will be responsible for selecting the correct part number. Therefore, I'm not interested in what type, style or caliber you want, I'm only interested in the part number. I won't be double checking them, so make sure you send me the right part number. It's the only thing I'll look at.

Email me at jammer@oz.net with the part number you want and the number of magazines you want.

I will respond by email with a total, including shipping.

Send me the money by Paypal, check or money order. Full payment is the only thing that constitutes an order.

I'm going to place the order at 10:00 A.M. Pacific time on Monday, November 15, 2004.

Therefore, I must have your payment on Saturday, November 13th if you're paying by check or money order, and before 10:00 A.M. Pacific time on Monday, November 15th if you're paying by PayPal.

No late orders will be accepted, and late payments will be returned.

No refunds, no warranties. Note that buying magazines this way at these prices voids Metalform's warranty. Metalform will refer you to me, and I'm not giving a warranty.

I will send updates by email.

All responses of interest to this offer will be made via Private Message or E-mail. Do not reply to this thread.

Thank you for your interest.

Since announcing my group buy, I've received a flood of emails asking different questions, so I've decided to answer the most common questions in one post.

By far, the most common question is if I'm charging $3.00 shipping per magazine.

The answer is that I'm charging shipping, and that how much it is depends on where you are. Just like the announcement says.

If you order one magazine, and you live in Far Left, Texico, then it's probably going to be pretty close to $3.00.

If you order twenty magazines, I have no idea how much it's going to be, but I would be surprised if it's actually $60.00.

However, I'm only going to make one trip to the post office.

I'm not going to run down and get a price for eight magazines, another price for nine magazines, and yet another price for two magazines. In addition, 9mm magazines will probably be different from .45 magazines, and so far I have orders for both.

Since She Who Must Be Obeyed has decreed that if I lose money on this venture I will be needing a new place to live, I'm not going to lose money on shipping you one magazine, three magazines or thirty magazines.

I haven't decided yet how I'm going to ship, but it will be by a method that can be tracked, and that isn't free.

I'm not interested in how much others are charging for shipping, so you can all stop telling me. My suggestion is that if you want to save shipping money, buy from them. Otherwise, re-read my announcement, and expect to pay for shipping.

If you pay more than it actually costs to ship your magazines, I will refund the difference.

The next most common question was is there a minimum or is the buy limited to one type of magazine.

The answers are no, and no.

I will ship one magazine, twenty magazines, or a hundred magazines, as long as I've been paid for them. I don't care if they're all the same kind, or a hundred different variations.

The group buy is closed.

Thank you all for participating.

The following is a complete list of every order that I have. Every order is paid in full. If you're on this list, you will be receiving the magazines listed.

If you're not on this list, I didn't receive your money in time, and I will be returning it to you if and when I receive it.

I placed a call to Metalform this morning, and they returned the call about 13:00 Seattle time. Unfortunately, I was in a meeting, and by the time I got to a phone, Metalform was closed.

Therefore, I will be placing this order tomorrow morning, at about 10:00 Seattle time.

If there's an error on this list, and you get to me before that time, it can be corrected. After that, this list is what's going to happen.

Thanks again to everyone for participating.

I received my magazines from Jammer the other day, and am quite pleased. I must extend a thank you to Jammer for taking on this venture. I know this was a little bit of a headache, and he deserves Kudos for taking it on.

Thank you sir.
