Has anyone got one of those?
Any problems? Anything I should know about before I get one?
Was going to buy one but someone said they saw one jammed up mad during a comp session last weekend and has got me worried.

The cousin of one of my friends knew this guy once....
Hands on experience is best. There are no secrets on how a 1911a1 works or can be fixed. Only mysteries.
IOW, don't believe everything someone sez....

yeah, I think as for all 1911 pistols, ammo selection is one of the most important part. Spoke to the guy from the club last night, it seems they were shooting cartridges with shorter than normal OAL and that's it had problem feeding.
I am gettign one that's for sure! :D

Just picked mine up this afternoon...and MAN, I LOVE IT!!!
It makes Kimber seem like a Lexus which is just a Camry with makeup! :D
Just took it apart and play around with it. Gonna thoroughly clean it this weekend and have a nice session next week with when I fine tune my Glock G34. :)

You coming to the range this weekend then?
It's "Precision & Speed"... You know what that means?

Dear Iceman:
A fellow shooter has been trying to buy one of these without success. Did you have to backorder yours?

Nope, walk straight into a shop and walk out with one! ;)
I knew earlier this year, there were no stock of them, apparently some problem with sights or somehting. But now, they are all good. There are also some previous model around, you know, the one without the front serration on the slide but still have ambi safety.
