Looking for a good wide-spur hammer like those found on vintage Colt 1911,say 1918-style. Have been unable to locate this part.

I understand that changing hammers also involves some sear/trigger/safety adjustments or fitting. Ain't gonna be me doing the work;but I'd like to find a source for good old-style hammer. I only need one.
TIA,
mike

Anyone ever hear of "Experimental Moulding Co. in Kingsport,Tennessee?? They used to make this part;but I read this in an old manual...("How to Assemble Your Own .45 Auto."by Ken Hallock)

Sarco, Inc http://www.sarcoinc.com/cgm.html

Scroll down to Hammer, Wide Spur Part #C45054, $11.00

I won't vouch for it being the best quality hammer in the world, but it ain't bad, and it's pretty close to what you're looking for.

Here's the Sarco hammer on a pistol:

Compare to the Colt WW1 reissue pistol:

Thanks,salty. I'll take a peek at the King's hammer....(that just sounds wrong :)
I got the idea from Hawkmoon's photo of the WWI repro Colt that maybe I could get a part directly from Colt(?) I'll giver a whirl.
More news as it happens.....
