FireStorm Mini Compact .45 Question

I have a FireStorm Min Compact .45 10rd #FS45MCM . I have been told that the Para Ordnance P13 Magazines will work in mine . My reason is because they are 13rd . Can anyone tell me if this is so ?

Not all double stack magazines work in all double stack pistols. For example, Springfield now offers some double stack 1911s, and I don't think the magazines interchange with Para.

However, I believe I have also read somewhere that Para magazines will work in that little pistol. But I am not certain. In fact, P12, P13 and P14 magazines will all be longer than your grip frame so, if they work, you can use any of those. But finding them in full/standard capacity is expensive. Para full-capacity magazines seem to sell for between $40 and $60 each. If you see them for significantly less than $40, double check to be sure they aren't 10 round mags for the larger pistols (in other words, "reduced-capacity" magazines). My Para 12.45 LDA was purchased during the ban and it came with a 10-round magazine. There was a coupon to buy two full-capacity magazines (12 round in this case), but at that time the cost was $69.95 ... each.

If you can find an inexpensive Para magazine, even a 10-round sample, it might be worth buying it to try out.

The grip frame on my FireStorm is longer then the Llama Mini .45 ,My mag measures 4 7/8" from bottom mag. to top . Not plastic base .

Can you post pictures of the two, side-by-side? I was under the distinct impression that they are the same pistol.

I only have the FireStorm , Had a Mini Max Llama and think the grip was shorter . I will have wait till i find someone or place that have the Llama to compare . Hopefully next gun show i can check some other mags. Had ramp (2 piece) polished . Feeds HP great . Thx. for replys

Also i tryed a Kimber 10rd double stack mag. in the FireStorm and it snapped in perfect and locked slide back , just stuck out botton about 2"

you have theFireStorm / Llama subcompact 10+1 type pistol. In Pare the is the P-10 now warthog . I had a P-10 and mags interchange with my sub compact Llama, The mags your asking about might work but they will be sticking out the bottom a in or so.
And like was said very expensive for a couple of more rounds. Not really worth the trouble. I like my mini 45 and think if 10 +1 45 don't do job 13 won't either. In fact I would like same gun with single stack 6+1 would conseal better and fit my hand better.
