Best ccw holster for tall and lanky?

Good day all. I was wondering what type of holster i should be lookin for for the purpose of concealed carry. I am tall and lanky(6'1" 180lbs.) and dont have much to hide my 5" 1911 behind. I am open to opinions on either the shoulder rigs or the belt holsters. The only thing i am pretty sure of is that I want it to be leather. Thanks in advance. Here she is.

I would avoid the shoulder holster, and go for either a iwb holster or standard hip holster. The shoulder holsters are uncomforable after wearing it for a while.
