Can anyone tell me the correct tap size to clean up the threads in the frame for grip bushings.

Hi Tom. Go to WWW.Brownells.com and search for taps. There may be different ones depending on your frame...Pappy

Standard bushing threads are .236-60, oversize are .255-60
Both taps are available thru Brownells.

Be careful. It is very easy to get a fine pitch large diameter tap threaded cocked to one side.
