I have been working for the Raleigh Music Industry for the past several months photographing shows.
I requested a press pass for Merle Haggard who is one of my favorite artist of all time and was please to get the pass and photograph The Hag.

Great work Hunter, as always!
(why remove the exif data, though?? We're trying to learn, you know!)

Thank you both.
I set LR 3 to remove exif data a while back for some commercial work I have not switched it back.

Spectacular Hunter, thanks for sharing. The Photo sub forum is one of my favorite categories on this great Site and your photo posts are a big reason why. Wow, so well done!

Thank you so much.
Concert lighting can be tough to shoot in and this show was dimply lit with only 1 spot but I am happy with how they came out.

Great work Hunter! I cannot believe the sharpness in concert lighting!
What kind of rig do you shoot and what lens did you use?

Such a boring life you and your camera lead. How do you stand it? ;)
Great work as usual brother!

Thanks so much for the kind words.
I shot this show with a Canon 7D and Canon 70-200 f/2.8L MKII lens, I had a 17-55 f/2.8 I used for a few of the wider shots.
These are converted to compressed jpegs from CR2 RAW files at 800x600 pixels so there is a lot of quality loss in these images from the original file but they are not too bad for web viewing.
garrett, it's tough brother. :D
